Frequently asked questions

What is Plotiva?

Plotiva is a Ghanaian marketplace for houses and land where individuals, agents and developers list properties, and buyers search, verify, message and pay securely. Plotiva is run by IbraLab Digitals.

Is it free to browse listings?

Yes. Browsing, searching and using Plotiva Copilot's AI tools are free. You only need an account to save listings, message agents, apply for properties or open an escrow deal.

What does the Verified agent badge mean?

A green Verified agent badge means the seller is a registered seller on Plotiva with at least one live published listing. It is checked against real account and listing records, not self-declared.

How does escrow protect me?

Your deposit is recorded against a deal between you and the seller. Funds are tracked step by step, and keys are only marked released when both sides confirm — so money never moves on trust alone.

How does Plotiva Copilot work out fair prices?

It compares the asking price with real live listings in the same town and region — medians, price per square metre and named comparables — and applies Ghana's actual stamp duty, Lands Commission, legal and survey fees to the total cost breakdown.

Can I list land as well as houses?

Yes. Plotiva supports houses, apartments, land and commercial property. Sellers upload photos and title documents, set a price in Ghana cedis, and publish in minutes.

Who runs Plotiva?

Plotiva is built and operated by IbraLab Digitals, a digital products studio based in Ghana.
