Plotiva is a property and land marketplace for Ghana, operated by IbraLab Digitals. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we keep it safe, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Account data: your name, phone number, email and password. Listing data: property details, photos and documents sellers upload. Transaction data: messages, applications, escrow deals and payment records. Usage data: pages visited and searches made, used to improve recommendations.
We use your data to run the marketplace: showing listings, connecting buyers and sellers, powering Plotiva Copilot's price, scam and cost analysis, processing escrow payments through licensed providers, and keeping the platform secure.
When you message an agent or apply for a property, the seller sees your name, phone number and message. Payment providers receive only what is needed to process your payment. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Property documents you upload are kept in private storage visible only to you and parties you transact with. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
You may access, correct or delete your account data at any time from your Account page, or by contacting us through the Help Centre. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved listings and messages, subject to records we must keep for legal and payment purposes.
For any privacy question or request, reach us through the Plotiva Help Centre. IbraLab Digitals is the data controller for personal data processed on Plotiva.
