Plotiva is an online marketplace for houses and land in Ghana, operated by IbraLab Digitals. We connect buyers with individual sellers, real estate agents and developers, and provide AI-assisted tools, messaging, applications and escrow tracking.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including your name, phone number and email. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including prices, photos, documents and ownership claims. Plotiva may remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent or unlawful. The Verified agent badge reflects account and listing records on Plotiva and is not a guarantee of title.
Plotiva Copilot provides guidance on pricing, scam risk, photos and total cost using live market data and published fee schedules. Its output is informational only and is not legal, financial or valuation advice. Always engage a qualified lawyer and surveyor before completing a property transaction in Ghana.
Escrow deals record deposits and payment milestones between buyer and seller. Plotiva and IbraLab Digitals are not a bank; payment processing is handled by licensed payment providers. Keys are marked released only when both parties confirm. Disputes should be raised promptly through the platform.
You must not post fraudulent listings, impersonate others, scrape the platform, or use Plotiva for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Plotiva provides the marketplace as is. To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, IbraLab Digitals is not liable for losses arising from property transactions between users, including title defects or payment disputes, except where caused by our own proven negligence.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Plotiva after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions about these terms can be raised through the Help Centre.
