Look for the green Verified agent badge on the seller card — it means the seller is registered with live listings. Run the Scam check on any property page to read its documents, photos and pricing against the market before you commit.

Sign in, open any property and tap Message agent. Your conversations live under Account, and sellers reply from their inbox. You can also send a formal application from the same page.

Never pay a seller directly before documents check out. Open an escrow deal from the property page: your deposit is held, tracked and only released when both sides confirm the keys have changed hands.

Tap List your property, sign up as a seller, and add your property with photos, documents and a price in cedis. Publishing makes it visible in Browse immediately.
